Where is my order?
We aim to ship orders within 24 hours of the order being placed on our website (Mon-Fri). You can track the status of your order by the tracking number that has been provided to you. The tracking number will be included in the email that you will have received when the order was dispatched. You can enter the tracking number on the courier's website (e.g. UPS Tracked Service, DHL etc). This will inform you of any delivery updates.
My order has been dispatched but hasn't arrived?
We are sorry to hear that your item has not arrived yet. Please check that you have a dispatch email from us to confirm that the item has been sent to you. If you item has been dispatched then please allow 5-7 days for UK deliveries and 10-15 for international deliveries. We wont be able to investigate until this time has passed.
