How Our Repair Service Works
Once you have booked your device in for a repair with our repair center;
Step 1: We will despatch packaging for you to use for sending your device to us. This will consist of a sturdy cardboard box, a mailing bag with a returns label. If you placed the order before 5 pm between Mon-Fri you will receive the package the next day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed on the next working day.
Step 2: You will be notified via text message of a time slot that you can expect our driver to deliver the packaging to you.
Step 3: Our driver will deliver the packaging to you and wait whilst you open the packaging, add your device to the provided cardboard packaging and put the package inside the provided mailing bag.
Step 4: You hand back the sealed package to our driver who will scan the returns label and provide you with a receipt. Please keep this safe for your records.
Step 5: Our driver will deliver the device back to us on the following working day.
Step 6: We will carry out the repair. We aim to repair the phones within 24-48 hours.
Step 7: We arrange for the return of your device. You will be notified via SMS or email of the time slot when our driver will be delivering your item to you.
Step 8: You are reunited with your device.
